Approved For Rebase 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-OGJA7ROO0400070004-9 10 April 73 MEMO FOR THE RECORD SUBJECT Telecon with Dr Puthoff of SRI 1. 1 called Dr Puthoff at 1345 hrs this date to inform him that the proposal had cleared another hurdle and that, while I could not of course give him any official word until it had actually been signed., it seemed highly unlikely that we would experience any difficulty in getting it through. Promised to try to call him with final word on 13 April, the day that Geller is to arrive at SRI. 2. Puthoff said that they'd received my letter and, though we didn't discuss it SG11 in detail, apparently they have no dofficulty with it. (TSD) is supposed to visit SRI later this week and they'll go over the letter with him and have him aarry their views to me. Puthoff did ask, though, whether it would be possible for us to communicate the drawings to eachother (e.g., for fteedback) via some dort of 'facsimile, system. I told him I didn't know if we had such a facility but would look into it. 3. When I was at SRI they had expressed curiousity about the technical analysis SG11 that was being done on the tape of the telecon between ~ and Geller. Having just received a copy of the report,I told Puthoff that they had submitted it to a fairly exhaustive examination and found no%thing out of the ordinary.
