Please find enclosed your copy of the Proceedings of the Annual Meeting of the Parapsychological Association. I have also included a corrected version of my paper. A private funder is going to place $50 M in the field through an Institute in Nevada and UNLV; good funding is happening in Germany at the Freiburgh Institute as well. It seem that your agency's interest and the in-progress review is well known, and much to my surprise, I found no adverse reactions. If the final analysis is positive with regard to stating there is an anomaly worth looking at, I suppose the "field" recognizes what impact that my have. After all, this review is of mostly my work for the last 10 years, and I think that a comment from me might be useful for the final record.
