SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
During this session, LTC William (Rich) Higgins was seen in
a very green area with large trees. There was a pond nearby.
The area is known for being green. This area is quite different
from the dust and the browness associated with Lebanon.
Viewer could see LTC Higgins bending down and taking off a
ring from his finger and dropping it to the ground. LTC Higgins
was very well aware that he was taking the ring off his finger.
The ring was worn on the index finger, not an the ring finger as
one might think.. -The ring was perceived as being big and bulky
