MEMORANDUM FOR DIA
1. 1 have received the signed MOU from General Soyster and the
following data have been provided in consonance with the
agreement.
2. 1 have reviewed one OER and one BER and both of them meet SG1J
Army standards. I had to have F OER rewritten twice in
order to meet Army standards.
3. Request that funds be MIPR'd to ODCSINT so that I can execute
-travel in behalf of the SUN STREAK Project. I have already taken
-two trips and paid for them out of my operating budget but I need
to reimburse myself for these trips.
4. Additionally I have olperational requirements to visit other
sites. I will Lvel get w th DIA's budget people, i.e.
to facilitate 'Gn ansfer of TDY funds.
