They all occur within Mexico and are arranged in roughly a circular pattern. These airports are utilized in order by in a clockwise sequence. Mazatlan is a definite; there are 3 or 4 others that are involved. The next attempted delivery will be between 9 to 13 November 1994. Session 04: The tiME!table used by this smuggling network designates a window of 4 or 5 days where a desired delivery will be scheduled for a particular airport. If the schedule cannot be met at one airport, then they will move on to the next airport on the "list". There are several cities involved with this operation. Names which came up are: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Culiacan and San Luis Potosi. Also, the name of a particular airport came up: (something de Madre Airport). I sense that Monterrey is next on the list and scheduled for between 9 and 13 November 1994).
