for the purpose of briefing Andy on Stargate.

JAY - WE MAY BE AHEAD OF THE GAME SOMEWHAT.1 CAME
DOWN A. COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND BRIEFED MARSHALL ON "PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS" -
FOREIGN PROGRAM ETC (TALKED A BIT ABOUT PHOENIX). THIS WAS IN RESPONSE TO HIS
QUERY ABOUT WHAT THE WEAPONS WERE. THE SESSION WENT VERY WELL (MARSHAL DID NOT
NOO OFF IN THE HOUR PLUS SESSION!). HOWEVER, THE BRIEFING DID NOT FORMALLY TALK
ABOUT SG OR ANY OTHER RELATED PROGRAMS/EFFORTS.
IF THE AIM IS TO GET MONEY FROM HIM WE SHOULD PITCH IT DIFFERENTLY - THIS IS A
FOLLOW ON TO WHAT WE HAVE BRIEFED YOU ON BEFORE, FORMALLY READ ON TO SG,
SPECIFIC DOD INTEREST (AND PROGRAMS) ETC ETC.
SG1J HIS AREA IS A SCIF AND I CAN SET UP A SESSION ANYTIME. HIS CALENDER IS BUSY
