1. (SINFISK) MISSION: Determine the present location of LTC Higgins.
2. (SINFISK) VIEWER TASKING: The monitor employed an unorthodox
approach to the search for Higgins; no specific strategy was outlined
(the well-worn ones had already been exhausted in earlier sessions).
003 was instructed simply to lean upon faith and the signal line and
to begin objectifying data in a Stage 4 matrix. No maps or other
devices/aids were available to the viewer during the session.
003 began describing an area and people. The monitor directed a
search for water and a nearby structure or place of significance to
the villagers.

Map analysis would indicate that Higgins location is in the general
vicinity of HILL 2018 (35 degrees 30 minutes E/33 degrees 27 degrees

The area is too homogeneous for the viewer to derive a more accurate
fix using terrain or structure reference points.
