currently located at Jupiter, Florida.
He may have some Brazilian connections that helped him get
to the U.S. He may also be using Brazilian aliases. He may be
passing himself off as a Brazilian businessman.
He is living quite well. He may be living with men that are
associated with some type of mafia.
St. Petersburg was a place that was associated with the
