SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
During this session, viewer described a helicopter flying
over water with a string coming down from the helicopter and may

be pulling men out of the water.
Viewer also described several men on a smaller boat rowing.
These men were non-American and were dressed in civilian clothes.
These men were searching and could be pulling things out of the
water also.
There is an object that comes down, opens up, comes down,
opens up, comes down, reopens up and the word "yawing"
phonetically surfaced as describing this activity.
Some type of activity or event will take place during the
