SUBJECT: Funds Transfer To US Army Research Institute (ARI)
1. Attached are thel and
Statement of Work to procure ancL transter tuncLs to the US Army SG1 B
Research Institute (ARI), PERI-BR.
2. The package to ARI should include:
a. The Letter Request
b. The Statement of Work.
These funds are being transferred to ARI so that it can procure
formation of a Blue Ribbon Panel by the National Research Council of
the National Academy of Sciences. In accordance with Congressional
direction, this Blue Ribbon Panel will review an ongoing program which
Congress has asked be transferred from another government agency to
the CIA. The review will take place prior to transfer.
4. The Letter Request should be addressed to:
Dr. Michael Drillings, US ARI
Acting Director/Research and Advanced Concepts
Army Research Institute PERI-BR

3. The Letter Request should specify that:
SG11 5. Please listi as the CIA's primary point of
contact (POC) on all transfers. Michael Drillings will be ARI's POC.
