narcotics smuggling vessel; establish whether contraband was
indeed on board; if so, how packaged, of what type, and where
off-load/transfer would occur.

provided, giving the name and brief description of the vessel, a
departure date and projected destination. The EEI, as stated in
para 1. above, were then listed.

An off-loading of contraband will take place at geographical
coordinates 26 Degrees North and 78 Degrees West.
One of the vessels.will then sail south and turn east into
the Bahamas.
One of the vessels involved is a large cargo ship.
SG1A Althought the is one of the vessels involved,
it cannot be determined at this time if it has contraband on
board.
