SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC15
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target area of interest.
2. (S) This report represents this viewer's fourth attempt to access
this target (see CC74, CC87, and CCC13). In this session the viewer
was unable to attain his usual state of relaxed concentration and focus
on the target. He was disturbed by ambient room noise which was loud.
lie also complained prior to the session of being physically tired and
feeling miserable because of the flu. The viewer had difficulty through-
out the session and had little confidence in his imagery.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document,
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer
reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is target
cuing information provided the remote viewer.

#28: This will be a remote viewing session for the
7th of March 1980. On-target time is 0900 hours.
PAUSE

Relax and concentrate. Relax and concentrate. Focus
your attention. Relax, relax, relax, relax. Focus
your attention on the area which you described to me
before. The area in the ficinity of:
Relax and concentrate. Relax and concentrate.
Focus now on the big fenced in area which you
described before. Relax and concentrate and once again
describe the area to me.
PAUSE
#07: 1 was looking at my drawing. My drawing not looking
exactly like the site. I have a fenced in area.
#28: Tell me about the site now.
PAUSE
#07: There is some kind of ... some kind of tracks. It's
got the repetitious ... striation-you see as a
railroad track. Like a repetition of cross ties,
and just sails off away from you to big sweeping curb
+05 to the left. There's a fence on my right curving
off to the south ... back towards the east. There's
a building over there I hadn't seen before. Northeast
...quadrdnt of the fenced in area. I saw a funny ...
funny cloth hat that ... apparently people wear in
this... I saw it inside the fence. The front of it was
turned up against the head and'it had some kind of
emblem on the... on the front part. Rest of it was
apparently turned down on the neck. It's not
important.

+10 #07: There's places here where earth has been...
bulldozed up, and there's...

I thought for a minute this was some kind of...
some kind of weapon firing range. I can't imagine
running vehicles all over the place like that...
get your tail worn off. That's ... that's what it
reminds me of.
#28: Describe your position of perspective.
PAUSE
#07: 1 seem to be around 100 feet in the air. I guess
since the... towards the northwest corner.
PAUSE
I keep getting a flicker ... gnawing flicker image.
It's... I think it's to the northeast ... heavy, heavy
concrete. I can't see it standing up. I think it's
a ramp... goes below ground level. I can't, I can't
tell where it's opened...concrete reinforced ... goes
underground.
#28: Describe its shape.
#07: It's heavy concrete. Ramp ... goes down. I just keep
getting cuts of it. Towards the bottom of the ramp
+15 it's black so it must go into a hardened bunker or
something. That's off some distance to my left; I
think I'm looking, I think I'm looking east.
#28: Positioning yourself now over this big fenced in area
-positioning yourself over the fenced in area at
this time turn and face southwest. Turn around and
face southwest.
Now describe the scene to me.
#07: 1 saw a stream or a river shape ... looked kind of
-something tall structures to the ... the west of
that.
#28: Look at the ground immediately below you.

#07: Immediately below me-is a fenced in area.
NOW #28: And on the ground. Describe what is on the ground.
#07: Concrete rectangles... pave ... pavement in the shape
of concrete rectanguiars repeated over and over.
PAUSE
#28: Moving down to the ground and facing southwest.
Move down to the ground and on the ground and
face southwest. Describe what you see.
PAUSE
#07: 1 ... I see one end of masonry ... masonry building.
.I guess masonry. It looks like ... block shapes.
Rather large. It has sloping roof.
PAUSE
#28: Turn your head to the right and describe what's
+20 slightly over to the Lght.

#07: Ummm ... the other side of it.
PAUSE
There's a... I know that's not what you want, but
there's a big antenna pointing to the... I see
about ... about a mile away there's a big antenna
pointing southeast ... a fencet fence ... this, this
side. There, except for alot of clutter, I ......

#28: Face frontwards, face frontwards again, direotly
southwest and move slowly up in the air so you
can just see over the building. Move slowly up
in the air so that you,can just see over the
building. Now move up a little bit higher and
describe what you see.

+27 #07: I'm seeing a whole lot of imageryp but... I'm trying
to determine if it's a continuation of theq the
scene over the.top of this building.
PAUSE
Yeah. I'm seeing smoke stack over there-the building
seems rather small compared to the size of the smoke
stack. Spherical shapes off to the right. That's
about it.
#28: Ok. I have no further questions about this area.
Is there anything that you would like to add about
your perceptions that you have had?
#07: There was alot of imagery that just goes flying by.
I had trouble stopping one and connecting it. Uh...
to my perspective ... as though it were coming in from
the back and both sides. Like side loading and back
loading on a radar ... just overlaping imagery ... just
makes no sense. That's about it.
PAUSE
#07: Over in this area I thought it was a ..... analysis
told me it was probably some kind of a bunker. At
least I saw a ramp going down. It was black at the
bottom so I figured well it must be going into an
inclosure.
Somewhere here along this area here I think was...
some kind of concrete apron made up of ... I guess
it's cast marks.
#10. 5 What?
#07: Cast marks ... uh.
#10.5: Oh.
#07: Anyway it appeared to be made up of ... rectangular
sha.....like domino.es! You know. It was about that
ratio. Lift the width ratio ....... this is a road
... uh...going down into this. Over here was ... I
guess that's those tanks, barrel things over there,
I guess, in this position. And way on down in here,
down here somewhere I had the feeling was ... uh ...
I saw some things back up here that I thought was
some kind of firing range, or something, and I thought
there was an impact area down in here somewhere.

PAUSE
There was also something like railroad track
heading off in this direction. I don't know if
this is the proper scale relative to sizes or not
because when I looked at it I was standing right
along position A here looking off to my right down
this thing that looked like a track. And, this is
a fence around the area.

I came over, over this pad and off in this direction
here somewhere I saw the front of the building that
went off in that direction. I gathered it was about
3 to 4 times as long as it was wide. At least the
front of it, I thought was masonry. Oh, and I thought
it had a, a ridged line. I thought it had a peaked
roof. Way back over here, about a mile or so away,
I saw a big...disk shaped antenna with a smallerone
behind it. It was pointing somewhere to the south-
east, I guess. I got a cut on a fence back this side
of it. A smaller, much, much smaller than this. I
could see all sides. Alot of industrial stuff back
over ... that would be to the ... to the west of that
** ... oh! when you said, when you said to look to the
southeast I felt I was about 400 feet in the air and
it was hazy and I thought I saw a stream or a river.
Almost straight across the top of that building, and
about 2 or 3 miles away was some tall structures to
the right of that.
That's about it.
#10.5: Uh ... #28*uh..at the tail end of the session asked
'you to look ... try Lolook over the building that
was in your fore-vision, front vision.
#07: 1 remember him saying that.
#10.5: My notes say smoke stacks ... building looks small
compared to smoke stacks with some spherical shapes
to the right.
#07: Oh, yeah, I remember that. That, that image was
not in the context of the map type plan. I could not
see it. It was like you would take a picture of
something like that, and bend yet the edges of it so
it just...it had no bearing on any surrounding.
I tried to connect it and see if it was in line with
my building. I tried to see terrain between the
building and this so I'd know that's half-mile,
hundred yards ... uh... it's actually on line with that.
I did not see that there. It was just like..uh..

pull it out of real life and see it by itself,
but since I was trying to look in that direction
I assumed it was down in that direction.
I saw a couple of 3 of these down in that, that
direction. Off the right was-some spheres which
I, I thought were some kind of tanks, and in the
vicinity of those was one that I couldn't describe
for you at the time but it looked like to semi-
spheres ... separated by a tube so that it looked
like capsule...that you would take with medicine.
It also seemed to be standing vertical, and it was
very near by. I have no idea what it was. I
thought this thing was tubular stacked was wrong
because of the size of the structure it was near.
Uh... I started not to dump it because it was just
so illogical. I think that's about it.

he had provided verifiable imagery during CCC13, and had traveled to the
near proximity of the target. #7 was informed he would be guided to the
imagery he had reported re Sketch #6, CCC13 as a targeting point.
