(S) I obtained copies of the attached congressional correspondence
from Colonel Kaminsky i(Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for
Research and Engineering). OSD is, of course, worried about the
connection[ @ and the capabilities of Grill Flame.
This correspondence will be answered by the Air Force with the
assistance of DIA.
