SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION #853
1. (S/NOFORN) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing
session conducted for training purposes only.
2. (S/NOFORN) Post analysis on target viewing indicates the viewer had
only minor correlation to the target. Viewer was noticeably disturbed
at having had a perception of a towpr and not reporting it because of
internal analysis on what or what not to report. The viewers own analysis
continues to be cause for severe overlay. The viewers attitude remains
very positive.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the docu-
ment, Standard Remote Viewing Protocol (Local Target) by Harold E. Puthoff
and Russel Targ, November 1978.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer impressions during the
remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the targeted site. At TAB B are photographs
of the actual target site taken by the outbound team on their first visit.
At TAB C is target cuing information.

#01: This will be a remote viewing session for
2 February 1982. On-target time of 0930 hours.
PAUSE
Okay #63, time is now 0930 hours. Your target
is located at the following coordinates:
35 degrees, 43 minutes, 20 seconds North
119 degrees, 59 minutes, 15 seconds West
35 degrees, 43 minutes,20 seconds North
119 degrees, 59 minutes, 15 seconds West
I want you to relax, relax, relax and go to that
target location and describe your perceptions to
me.
PAUSE
#63: 1 asked myself what is the target. The first-thing
I got was...a long, flat surface, below me ......
a long, flat surface above me. They looked to be
parallel to one another. And, the surface below
me had a raised edge of some kind on the left side.
PAUSE
#01: Move to the surface that is most comfortable-
for you and describe what perceptions you have.
PAUSE
#63: Get the feeling of a long, low building and a
big, flat area. This thing 11m,calling a building
has got a very irregular shape to it. High spots
here and low spots there.
#01: Describe your.inner feelings that tell you this
is a building.-

#63: Just got the feeling I was standing out in front
of something in an open area...that 1-was looking
at this grayish, modern type building. The reason
I say modern is because it seemed to have geometric
shapes to it, unlike something an older building
would.
#01: Describe some of these shapes.
PAUSE
#63: It's just whenever I get a roof pattern ... umm .....
roof is high in some spots and low in others ......
generally, the whole building is low.
#01: Relax and enter into this object and describe how
you would enter into the object.
PAUSE
#63: I'm inside and I don't.know how I got in. There
was no resistance. It was like, maybe a walkway
more than going through a door. It'sa long .....
long corridors.
#01: That's very good.
#63: Irregular patterns on the floor ... sort of squarish
patterns on carpet. Like the bottom half of the
walls are a darker color than the top half.
#01: Very slowly travel through this area that you're
now in and describe for me what is most important
that I should know about this area.
#63: Initially, the carpet stands out ... the floor stands
out. It's.kind of an orangish color with lighter
shades like yellows in it or something. I still
see that sort of square, blotchy pattern to it.
The hallways are long...sterile feeling. What I
mean by that is ...it's not like a hospital...
It's, warmer than a hospital, but its.that-sort of
a modern type feeling. Doesn't feel like .... you
know I don't,know what I mean ...
#01: Describe what is the function of this area.

#63: 1 feel like the place that a lot of people go
to at the,same time. I'm.the only one there
right now. It's.like it might be a sports arena
or a stadium or maybe a concert hall. Something
like that.
#01: That's very good.
PAUSE
#01: 1 would like to offer you the opportunity to become
one with this target. Move anywhere in this target
that you wish to go, and report to me anything of
importance which you think I should know.
PAUSE
#63: 1 get some sort of a circular feeling to it.
Although the, the view that I felt like I was seeing
from outside didn't appear to be around a building.
It seems like these, this long hallway goes around
the building, and then when I go towards the center
of the building I feel like I'mon a balcony looking
down like,the main floor is actually lower than ground
level ...... and,, the hallways I'm on are walkways
around this, the main floor. The area you enter into
is a little larger than the rest of the hallway,
areas.
#01: Search out and find the most predominant odor,
and describe that to me.
PAUSE
#63: It's hard to describe. It's sort of like stale
air like the building's been shut up or is shut up.
#01: Okay. I want.you to remember only your perceptions
of the target. Remember your perceptions and I want
you to come back to this room with your awareness
to this place in space here in-this room. Stretch
your hands and your legs and everything. I'm. going
to put the tape on hold.

#63: Drawing number I was the f irst thing I got. That's
the overhead, flat area like a plank and the lower
one with the raised left edge. I have no idea
what it was.
Drawing number 2 is the feeling I got of being
outside of a-building or something that had strange
shape to it ... long and low, but it had raised areas
in all different areas.....modernistic looking, I
g u e s s .
#01: Is this like a front view?
#63: Aha (affirmative)
#01: Okay.
#63: And I was standing right out about here. X marks
the spot. And, this was, just kind of an open area
around.it.There may have been something behind it
NOW" like back in here, but I don't know.
#01: Aha. Okay. Page 2.
#63: Page 2, drawing number 3 is the hallway appearance
I got. Rallway was relatively long and narrow.
It was darker on the bottom part of the wall than
it was on the top part,of the wall, and it had an
orangish carpeted area ... I say.carpeted area .....
It had an orangish-floored area with yellow or
off-white square patterns in kind of geometric shape
of some kind. And, it seemed to be white on the
top part of the walls.
#01: Okay. Label that page 2.
#63: And on page 3, drawing number 4 is kind of hard
to understand. This is the feeling I have of the
hallway. If you enter into one of these doorways
here you'l.1 walk down a short area and come out
to another part of the hallway that's, carpeted and
I had a feeling that the -floor area or something
was lower than the main floor. I was kind of looking

... down-Seemed like I was on a balcony here,
and I think ... I had a feeling of I was,being high
up here, domed up here or something, but I'm not
sure.
#01: Aha. You said also that you had a feeling that
it was round. That you didn't.get the feeling
outside, but once you got inside.....
#63: Yes. Like this hallway may have curved around this
way and may have double backed on itself. And, I
got the feeling that the place was concert'hall or
a sports arean or something. Something where .......
large number of people would come to with.....at
the same time for some sort of event.
#01: Okay.
#63: And, that right now I was the only person there.
#01: Okay. Very good. Then, we'll terminate the session
at this point and go find out where the target is.
