(S-ORCON) INFORMATION ABOUT REMOTE VIEWING FOR PARTICIPANTS (S-ORCON)
1. (S-ORCON) Remote Viewing (RV) is the intellectual process by which a
person perceives characteristics of a location remote from that person; it
does not involve any electronic sensing devices at or focused at the target
site; nor does it involve classical photo interpretation of photographs
obtained from overhead or oblique means.
2. (S-ORCON) RV has been performed by certain individuals successfully
and we are confident other indiyiduals can do it too.
3. (S-ORCON) The general outline of RV procedures is at paragraphs six
and seven of the attached AMSAA RV Protocol.
4. (S-ORCON) You as a remote viewer may perform one or more types of RV.
5. (S-ORCON) The maximum frequency you may be asked to perform RV is two
sessions per day, but no more than three sessions per week.
6. (S-ORCON) Your RV performance will be evaluated according to pro-
cedures at paragraph 13 of the protocol, during which time you will receive
full information on the target for RV and an assessment of how closely your
images match target site characteristics.
7. (S-ORCON) You may choose not to perform RV at a particular time
without prejudice to further participation in this task, or you may discon-
tinueparticipation permanently at any time without any prejudice.
8. (S-ORCON) The purpose of this project is to orient you to the perfor-
mance of the task of RV so that you may:
a. Perform RV as part of your regular professional duties.
b. Demonstrate the full capabilities of RV.
9. (S-ORCON) There is no evidence of any adverse physical, psychological
and/or social effects on the remote viewer from participation in this
activity.
