---- Your Session 01 finds the target vessel's current target
location as being northwest of the Colombia/Panama border area.
SG1A thel lis apparently en route to Buenoventura, Colombia, to
load contraband in the form of illegal drugs. Moreover the vessel
is expected to sail within about two weeks (o/a 29 Jun 92).
---- The essential EEI deal with "when and where" the illegal
contraband will be off-loaded at sea or in pott.
---- Need to concentrate further on the nature of the cargo, where
it is stored and how it is wrapped.
---- We also need to identify associate personalities and vessels,
if any.
---- We must also pursue a route of travel towards a destination.
