This letter will serve to introduce and recommend to you Mr.
Gharith Pendragon whom I consider to be of high character and
sincere ability.
I was privileged to attend two of Mr. Pendragon's survey
,courses in parapsychology which he taught at Windward Community
College in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The courses were well taught,
comprehensive and examined all areas and issues with fairness and
impartiality. The material was well-researched, up to date and
organized. References were extensive and representative of a
legitimate body of scientific effort.
As one of the Directors of the Hawaii Defense Fund for Open
Science Foundation I am familiar with several examples of Mr.
Pendragon's work as a serious person with psychic gifts and
abilities which I have known him to use unselfishly and in a
sincere manner.
