I an a psychologist who has done extensive research on the nature of human consciousness, with some special work In the area generally known so parapsychology. I have been involved In this area for over 25 years, and an convinced that some psychic abilities have boon scientifically demonstrated, to spite of considerable resistance from certain scientists to this area. Further, having been a consultant on studies on renote viewing funded by the U.S. government in the past. I knov that sometimes this Information can be quite practically useful. In my experience, psychic functioning Is not as reliable as having a direct observer on the spot but, an you understand In a command position, decisions often have to be made when there Is not adequate Information of a conventional nature. Here I believe psychically obtained Information, while not always rellableg can sometimes add very Isportant,elements. .1 understand from some private communications from Mr. PandraSon that be has been working with one of your officer's In a strictly private kind of way,, with no media involvement, and that results have boon quite encouraging.
