Train Army personnel in the CRV technique. (SAOFORN) 2.4.1 The CRV Training Program is to be developed in phases. This will allow Army personnel to be trained after the development and evaluation of the individual phases and prior to the completion of the entire CRV Training Program. (S/NOF'URN) 2.4.2 Army personnel to be ttained will be jointly selected by INSCOM and SRI.
