1. (U) Reference: Your memo dated 7 June 1982, Subject:
Screening.
2. (S/CL-I/NOFORN) As you indicated in the Reference Memo, an
outstanding requirement is the identification of individuals who
have an ability to remote viewing. INSCOM is interested in
funding a study this fiscal year to define an objective method
to identify and select these types of individuals.
3. (U) Request a current proposal as to how you would proceed
in accomplishing this task. In addition to the proposed
methodology and scope-of-work, your proposal should include the
cost, phases and duration of study, arid the personnel you
anticipate to assign to the study.
4. (U) To allow Sufficient time for a review of your proposal
and to meet administrative requirements for funding in FY 83, an
expeditious response is requested.
