SuBJECT: Review of Unusual Incidents
1. Per your request,, we have completed a review of several unusual incidents
that occurred at a European location. A summary of these incidents, a dis-
cussion of some possible expla tions for them,, and recomendations for future
actions are included in the enclosure.
2.. Due to the unusual character of these events,, and due to corroborating
data limitations, this review must be considered as preliminary. It is anti-
cipated that additional information from any future similar incidents would
help narrow down some of the options considered.
