 E.    SESSION SUMMARY
 A cease fire on Iraq will exist by the U. S. for the time being.  No
 attack will happen in this regard against Iraq during this period.
 However, Saddam Hussein's actions will be closely monitored to see
 what  his  intentions  in  the  near  term  will  be.     It  is  the
 determination of the United Nations to enforce the resolutions
 imposed  by  initial Gulf  War.   In  the   meantime,   Iraq  will be
 contending with its destruction and wounded.   Saddam Hussein will
 ultimately loose out in this situation.
