Your telephone call to my office advising of your change of address has also been called to my attention. I am pleased that you are a resident of the 20th Congressional District. Congratulations on your progress, thus far, in establishing a working relationship with the Texas Civil Air Patrol, with the San Antonio office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and with the San Antonio Police Department and the Bexar County Sheriff's office. Your desire to volunteer your efforts to assist these law enforcement agencies is indeed commendable. With regard to your request for an appointment, it is difficult for me to comply because the legislative schedule of the House of Representatives requires that I be in Washington throughout the week. I am only able to return to San Antonio on the weekends. These return trips are hectic and brief, more often than not being filled with speaking commitments. Although it is not possible for me to set a specific date and time when I might meet with you, I am hopeful that you will continue to keep me apprised concerning your efforts. I wish you continued success in all of your ndeavors. , c Henry B. GonzaLkez Member of Congress Approved For Release 2004/09/09 : CIA-RDP96-00789R002600060035-0
