  SUBJECT: Interview With BG Dozier (U)
  23 March 1982
  1. (C) On 9 February 1982, a debriefing session with BG Dozier took place
  at the Command SCIF, Fort Meade, MD. Attached is a copy of the complete
  transcript.
  2. (C) Attending were LTC Robert J. Jachim and CPT Robert C. Cowart
  (DET G, USAOG) and MAJ Alexander Wylie (CIPD, ITAC).
  3. (S/NOFORN) The briefing began with an initial conversation between
  BG Dozier and MAJ Wylie not related to GRILL FLAME. BG Dozier was then given a
  short briefing on GRILL FLAME. He was asked to review the session drawings, and
  narratives concerning them, and provide any comments or correlation to places
  or events that took place during his captivity. The material was provided to
  BG Dozier in the same sequence as the sessions were conducted.
