1. (S) Request report TDY to COL
Moffatt, Commander, Special Operations Tas Force Europe, at HQ,
EUCOM, departing not later than 1800Z hours, 18 January 19j52, for
a period not to exceed three weeks, purpose of TDY is liaison in
support of HQDA, PROJECT WINTER HARVEST (U). Department of the
Army will provide all necessary funding.
      SG1J 2. (S) Discussion between and DAMO-OD project'officers
on 14 January 1982 indicated that liaison would significantly
improve the flow of information between Europe and Washington, D.C.,
relating to this project.
