(C) Project number CC75, and the following information apply: a. (5) Source described a valley running approximately north easterly in direction. b. (S) He reported a rather primaLive building directly to the west. There were large buildings on the east side of the valley, and in a ravine to the cast side there were tracked vehicles and tanks fenced within a darkened area. A very high observation tower was also described in the area. c. (S) The source described the area as being generally very well lit. He stated that he saw people climbing into trucks, sort of like a guard mount change. They were getting into trucks near a garrison type or area with long low buildings. d. (S) Source stated that there appeared to be a stream running through the valley with banks to either side. The banks are described as being 30- 40 feet in width, and the stream itself as being approximately 12-13 feet below the edges of the banks. The edges are sloped down gradually to the stream area which is approximately 6-8 feet in width. e. (S) Attached are drawings which were done by the source of the area described above. 2. (S) Request the above information be evaluated and comments be provided to the undersigned in writing no later than 09 June 1980, this will permit a full evaluation of the source information for both accuracy arid intelligence value.
