    REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CCC-39
    This report documents a remote viewing session conducted
    in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
    2. 4" This session represents this viewer's second attempt at
    this particular target area (see CCC-28). The viewer was unable
    to attain his usual state of relaxed concentration and the session
    was cancelled due to excessive disturbances from ambient room noise.

    document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol,
    (5), undated.

    +04 #01: Just a minute. Think I'm getting an impression of ...
    like I'm in a...inside of a jail... of a jail cell type room.
    It's not a jail cell; it's a room with iron bars on the
    windows and a grill type door. I feel ... is in the room
    there .... more like..uh..small arms ... ammunition ... coming
    out of the room is a hallway and some stairs going up
    Keep..uh..keep wanting to make a ... kind of a troop
    containment area. For some reason I can't do that.
    It's..uh..therels..uh.... 4....

         #01: Jeses .... it's hard. I can't. I'm trying to center on
    something at the target so I can get all this background.
    It started to go away, and it's-uh-Im not even sure
    if I was at the target or not. Let's give it a few more
