(S) In general, the results of this project are inconclusive due to difficulty in establishing detailed locations of subject after the fact. Recommend that this project, therefore, be terminated. (S) Subject: Summary of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to (S) Project 8016-CD 17 a. Of the thpee initial reports which vere reviewed, this one had the most promise. Although the information contained in each paragraph was considered highly probable, it can not be confirmed at this time because the Subject was on travel SGFOIA3 SGFOIA3 b. The source of this investigation on~ ~should be encouraged to continue because there are a good deal of accurate comments which were made by him. c. In the future, the date and time of the session should be a part of the report. Without this information, it is virtually impossible to assess the information. 2. (S) Subject: Summar of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to SGF01A (S), Project 8016-CD 19. a. The only part of this report which had any possibilities was the information provided in para 1.c. Asside from that, nothing else was felt to be accurate. b. Again, Subject was on travel during this period which makes assessment very difficult. c. The information in paragraph l.c. above applies. 3. (5) Subject: Summary of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to SGFOIA'.': Project 8016-CD 22 a. It is felt that nothing in this report is accurate. b. Subject was on travel during this session; therefore, information can not be confirmed at this time. c. Information in paragraph Lc above again applies. 4. (S) Subject: Summary Analysis and Transcript of RV Session CD-38, Project 6016. a. This information showed some promise, but once again is difficult to evaluate the accuracy of physical details because Subject was in a travel status at that time. b. On page 2 of transcript, the area of expertise being described as "scientific" was basically accurate~ and the interviewer encouraged/prompted viewer to continue along this line. (Whether interviewer unduly incouraged viewer is debatable.) However, the trail then led to "electronics" which is not accurate. c. Page 3 of transcript is accurate in that area of concern is the upgrading of the "state of the art" but it does not pertain to electronics' i.e. "electricity" and "red light" are not in area of interest. or -v%rr Fd R- .
