Very good. #08: It was a very square or rather rectangular building, and I got the impression of red brick, okay. There was a recessed entrance right in the center. This was a recessed entrance. I goingto draw this because thisq this is the impression I got, okay. Because I was right in front of the doors, and this wasn't very high. The stairs weren't very-high, at all, and it led to a,, kind of a gravel path. I'll label these afterwards. Something like that. Ands this appeared to be grass here. The white portions. Something like that. There was trees here and here~ and there was shrub, and there appeared to be like a two-storey, two-storey building. I'll put that. It was red brick. I I m going to label these as I saw them. Particularly the recessed entrance. The cement stairs. Which weren't high at all. It's just like taking one or two steps and you're right on the grounds, okay. That group that I first saw, and I'll put that over here, was in this section, and I had very distinct perception. #66: So you've labeled A here as being ..... #08: Yeah, yeah. That group of 8 or 9 people that were there during the daylight with the fatigue jackets, and gave the impression they were part of a guard force, or something. #66: Okay. #08: Okay. Uh ... B, there was ..... this is where I later found this other group that were sleeping in these temporary type facilities, and there was a very distinct impression in C and D, and in D there was a place, they're ready to accommodate people. I would assume the hostages. But, there was nobody there in neither instance. It was just something that was there in the event of whatever. That there would be somebody there theng okay. For ID purposes, uh, as soon as you came in this place hereq this is where I was trying to get a, a feel for what was in there, and there was a, like a teller's window, okay. #66: Okay. For clerical type work. #66: Okay. Is this the same thing that you're talking about with the school or is this different? #08: Yeah. The first one was an old rustic school with wooden banisters and stuff which reminded me of an old parochial school type ... going to wooden stairs, and everything else. Then it kind of changed into a, sort of a clerical banking facility, okay. And, those were the two impressions that what you were trying to find out about (two peiople~talkihg at the same time, unable to decipher what was being said) the ..... activity. #66: Okay. The school was even much older than what the, the clerical activity was in the recent past. Very recent past. Right, okay. Okay. I'll label the second one 2. And, I got the impression here, I'm going to start whereq where this building was but there wasq but there was a, quite a huge rectangle, okay. When I first picked up the location that building was in here someplace, and kind of close to this wall here. #66: Okay. This is a wallt then? #06: Yeah. #66: Okay. #08: This ... a wall$ and this is a continuation of the wall. Then, to the front. #08: The front ... I ... there was plenty of space in the front. There was grass, and something.... I want to say there was kind of a road there. I don't know why I'm saying that, but that's what it was. Something that I had to jump over to get to the front gate. What I consider the front gate or what I saw as the front gate, and the front gate was, this I lost someplace. I didn't follow all of this. There was an iron gate. Quite common. Okay. Like that. Okay. This was very well secured, although I didn't see anybody being posted as a guard or anything else over there. There was..uh..two vivid impressions. One was a big lock, and here a very old lock, but functional) and then of a chain around the center of that gate with a huge lock, as well. #66: Okay. Now, I remember you mentioning as you were standing on the steps looking out the building something about a light pole or some kind of a pole or something. What was that? #08: Oh! Yeah, yeah. I picked up a light pole someplace around hereq and the distinctive thing about that was that about 3/4 of the way there was at kind of a reflecting light. Something. That's exageratedt but it kind of attracted my attention. #66: Okay. Somewhere out in front of the building now is a pole that sticks up like a light pole. #08: Yeah, yeah. I would say about 3/4 of the way between the building and the front wall. Someplace around that was a huge pole and a light. Like a telephone pole with a light and it was lit. #66: Okay. Were they hostages? Were they ...... whatever they were, ands uh, I got the distinct impression that this served as some sort of command post where the people came in and left for duty ... in this thing here. They always had a force present, and then during the evening hours, that group in A dwindled. And, like most of 'em went to sleep upstairs, and they had only 2 or 3 downstairs. #66: Oh, are you saying then, that the people in B, there is a possibility -that the people you saw in B, sleeping. #08: Yeah, were part of the A group at night. #66: All right. #08: Okay.
