Approved For Release 200CWQM"- lA-RDP96-00788RPP9,4PPP4PPP7-8 xJ&;VI-xf- SG1A Target: Unidentified The description of several large buildings with silver roofs were in the target area. The target area was checked and several buildings of the type described were visible from the road where subject was confronted. The subject was stated to be very nervous. This was confirmed by the surveillance teams who had visual contact with the subject. We are unable to do any more with this case as the subject has been recalled, short of tour, to his home country. The reports were interesting but did not provide leads or other information of value to us. One viewer described the fishing pole being used to "unload" a dead drop from the opposite side from which it was loaded." This is interesting to us even though we have not observed the Soviets actually using this technique. We will include this suggested possibility in our efforts on future cases.
