of buildings and facilities and was in fact quite desolate. This is
obviously not an accurate description of the activity takLng place at
this bigh-priority target. Viewer #11 did not locate the target goo-
graphically, and his description of it as being hoth mouitainous and
arid is a totally inaccurate description (it" the geographic area in
question. In addition, his description of a boring operation is also
totally mcorrect.
Viewer #10.5, while totally inaccurate iii the description of the activity
taking place at the taruet facility, (lid put it in a cold, mountainous
area and indicated that it. was s1milar to Siberia or Antarctica. Tn f act
