I CONTROL ANALYST COMMENT$ 1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the ses'ston, the 'interviewer was pro- vided the following information for targeting of #11. a (S /NOFORN) Targeting Data~G 1A (1) Move to geo. coordinates*: (2) Access the target' area at 021400 Nov'80, local target time. (3) At the target, move in time increments of 3 days each from: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) M b. 021400 051400 081400 111400 141400 171400 (S/NOFORN) Nov 80 Nov 80 Nov 80 Nov 80 Nov 80 Nov 80 EEI: (1) Acquire general target description. (2) Determine/describe activity level changes in target area. 2. (SINOFORN) The interviewer provided the viewer only the geo- graphic coordinates and start time coordinate at the beginning of the session. The remainder of the above data was for the pur- pose of in-session guidance of the viewer by the interviewer. 3. (S/NOFORN) Session DC-02 was cancelled based on the remote viewer's desires expressed after session start. The remote viewer stated having heavy overlay from a preceeding session which had been interviewed by (#11). Although #11 was, during this session, being targeted against a different geographic coordinate, the similarity in targeting method, and (#11)'s knowledge of the ID of the Control Analyst caused (#11) severe analytical problems after receipt of the geographic coordinates from the interviewer. Based on #11's expressed desire, the session was terminated after 10 minutes duration. 4. (S/NOFORN) In-session targeting: At +10 minutes after ses- sion start, the Control Analyst communicated the following to the interviewer. "Okay, we can stop the 8ess,ion."
