  TRANSCRIPT SUMMARY
  REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-48
  1. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer was asked to go back in time to 2200 hours
  on 10 December 1980. He was then asked to go to the stadium and describe
  anything that would be of interest to USI. The viewer described 6-7 armed personnel,
  who appeared to be waiting for something to happen. At approximately 0100 hours,
  the viewer described two helicopters landing at one end of the stadium field.
  Three personnel exited the first helicopter and four personnel exited the second
  one. These personnel were loaded into a large van and taken to a nearb/
  location. The viewer described this location as a building with a dark colored
  roof situated very near the stadium. Inside this buildin gwere approximately
  20 personnel, food, coffee and boxes/crates and suitcases. When asked why
  these people were here, the viewer felt that this was a secret meeting of possibly
  a rebel force. When asked to describe the contents of the boxes/crates he
  described cloth material, books, papers, and something made of sheet metal
  that looked like an ice cream cone.
  2. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer was then asked to describe the building
  with the white roof. He said that there was nothing in this building of
  interest, it was like a big, empty warehouse.
  3. (S/NOFORN) The remote viewer was then asked to access the,.stadium and the
  occupied building on 18 December 1980, 2200 hours local target time, and
  describe anything of interest to USI. The viewer described the stadium and
        I%Wvl the building with the dark roof as being barricaded-off from the surrounding
  area. He felt that there were two light, armored vehicles located on a
  circular driveway, in front of the stadium. He also described machine guns
  located on top of the stadium roof and the roof of the building with the dark
  colored roof. He perceived three machine guns on the stadium roof, one o fthem
  being 50 caliber and one machine gun on the roof of the nearby building.

          TARGET CUING INFORMATION
          REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-48
          1. (S/NOFORN) Before the start of this session the remote viewer was shown
          an overhead image of the target area. The interviewer pointed out three specific
          locations to be looked at by the remote viewer.
          2. (S/NOFORN) At the start of this session the viewer was asked to go back
          in time to 10 December 1980, at 2200 hours, local target time. The viewer was
          then asked to describe anything that would be of interest to USI at any of
          these locations. The remote viewer was then asked to return to present and
          describe anything that would be of interest to USI at 2200 hours, 18 December 1980.
          3. (S/NOFORN) The overhead imagery is not included in this report due to
          its classification.
