Relax and concentrate now. Relax. Relax. Relax. Focus your attention solely and completely on the target area: Relax now. Relax and focus solely and completely on the target area. Move now in present time, right now, present time, to the targ.et area, and describe your surroundings to me. #31: I'm over a. uh ......... sort of a tube ............ like a long .... loaf shaped ridge ..... ridge ... I was, uh .... above this ...... peaked roof, like you'd see on a wooden building. And I +03 had the feeling of a....some sort high work, like a ... tower or a ... observation tower of some kind ......... Let me, uh, get back up here and ..... look around ......... Feel (phonetic) on the left is a, uh, several parallel +05 ridges... And below me is a, somewhat of a level area several miles wide. But then on the right side is ........ couple random hills begin .... The place where I was with the tower is .... right on the, uh, valley side, the flat side of the ridge, it's like nestled in the ridge and ........... #66: Describe the area fully to me ..... #31: Down a... PAUSE There's something over near that, uh ...... best I can describe +08 is like a, uh ..... backwards "Y", a valley, a backwards "Y". Seems to be a ...... third narrow to my rear, angling off to my front right, and then another angle off to my right... on my side right here. I'm seeing, uh, it's really funny, I'm seeing like ... overhead wire network for... electric trains and a big wide flat train embankment, like in Europe. Earlier I was thinkin' that there was a...small river also came up through the valley ... with like everything has to go along through here ... Got my feet now, they're in the railroad embankments about...4 tracks wide... Heavy embank- ment, like you would find outside a ..... outside a, uh, major ........ network .... +12 #66: Describe the climate in the area ...... #31: It's, uh ........... When I first got there I had ........ it's funny, it was brisk but not winter, sort of, uh, cool, but I don't see it ... no ice, no snow. Things are brown ...... #66: Turn your attention now to the object depicted by the photo- graphs in the envelopes I have given you. Turn your atten- tion to the object in the sealed envelopes I have given you. Focus, your attention solely and completely on the target object. Move now in the target area to the object. Describe your perceptions to me. PAUSE #31: This, uh ... building with this high water tower is still here. It has something to do with it. It's an "All frame, uh .... it's an old fashioned water tower, or a watch.tower with a round top on it and legs. It sits a little bit to the right of the front of this peak roofed building which +17 is about two stories high. I'm in some sort of a little vil- lage, which is where I was before. I have the feeling of, this building might be a small warehouse or something. I'm havin' the feeling of being in some kind of a small rural village right here sort of, lot of basic working goes on here. This feeling is that the ....... the back of this building here butts up against the ridge, whereas, uh, actually built right into the side of the ridge but that it's... somewhere up that way behind the building is the railroad tracks. Like if I was on the railroad tracks I'd look down on top of the roof of this place, like I'm on a hillside or some- thing. Let me see if I can get the object now. #66: 1 will wait. #31: It's the same place I was before. Something that ... other than the basic curve ... around this seems lower on one side than the other .... #66: All right. #31: That's reminiscent of it ... like a asbestos helmet or some- thing that would take a shape of a helmet ... and roundness, I don't know what dimensions this is. At least in the two dimension it would look rounded. #66: Okay. I have no further questions concerning the target. Like you to take a minute now, focus your attention on the target, and make any comments that you feel appropriate at this time ................. #31: No. #66: Okay. No further comments, remember clearly, cleanly, per- fectly everything that you've seen, so that you may draw it for me. Let's prepare now to draw those images that you have had. #31: Okay. Sketch one. The first thing that I saw...was some nice loaf-shaped long, long, loaf-shaped-what I thought were ridge lines, very regularly~ geometrically shaped. But, I mean that they're unnaturally straight. But they're loaf shape is irregular, but they're unnaturally straight and long. These are on the left, and there were like two or th-~ I had the feeling like I was sitting right along an edge of a string of hills that were side by side...gave this lin- ear pattern on the left side. And that essentially I was looking, I was on the left side of a smaller valley that was shaped like a backwards "Y", like I have here in sketch one. The "Y" being formed by low hills in the upper right and low hills in the bottom right. Then boom! the next thing that I was- I was trying to figure out what else was in this valley that was so neat that I should tell you about it. I had the feeling that it was a major access, that there were like multiple railroad lines went along this left side of the valley. That there was a pretty fair size river or large creek came up or down the valley that was communications. And that probably a road came up the valleyp and so therefore it was like a major com- munications.... excuse me, bottleneck, or choke point. All right. Uh, the next thing I was looking at was a peak- that's sketch one. Next thing I was looking at was a ... like being in the middle of a little farming village in Germany 3 Approved For Release 2000AQ A--00788ROO0500850001-4 6% Approved For Release 2000/0 DECRET 0788ROO0500850001-4 #31: somewhere that was, happened to be coincidentally located alongside a major rail line embankment.... or a part of a village like that. Seemed to be a farming or warehouse type of arrangement. with very irregularly patterned streets.. And the two things that I was looking at was in sketch 2, is a warehouse, "A" frame warehouse building that butts back up against the embankment, and a very peculiar water tower or watch tower, guard tower. Now~ the first time I saw this I was over top of it looking down, right close-on to the roof of the building, like I was just up on the embankment above the roof looking down at it, and I saw the water tower to my left front in front of the building. It was as though I was in some sort of a Kaserne~ some sort of a military things because tower means military, your know, guard tower. I went ahead and I worked on it instead of that and went off- you got me to go off and do something else. When you asked me about this object thing, I was immediately right back.at this building and water tower combination. No questions about it that I was back there, right where I had started the session. You know, hovering in that same, very general area. Uh, I call it a water tower but it could be anything, but it is tower shaped. Okay. Um, and I looked at it from various angles and perspectives. Okay. The message that I'm tryin' to.get across is that this building and tower thing are located in the val- in the valley, on the left side of the valley, in amidst some other clutter of warehouses and farm buildings and everything. In a peculiar road patterng like ... the road goes around the "A" frame building and runs into the water tower. You have to make another turn to go around this tower thing. It sits in an unusual place, in amidst other farming or warehouse buildings of some sort of a rural setting. The embankment, at this time in sketch 3 now, as I was down the valley looking back up at this place, the embankment be- hind it became more and more.concerned with railroad...over- head rail lines, electric lines, like you'd find in Europe. You know, and four, four railroad track deep embankment. And I had a fleeting glimpse of, to further the flavor of railroad nearby of a train which I've sketched in sketch 4, coming blazing out of a tunnel located on this embankment. Uh, electric train type thing, like you'd find in your ... um... Okay, the other thing about this train feeling. is really peculiar ... The train feeling was almost set piece toy store train feeling. Uh... it was so clas- uh, really funny is it was so classically a European or a train motif of some kind that it was almost like I was actually looking at some sort of a toy set-up. In many ways it felt like I was looking at a model town ...... Okay. Circular pattern, like...1 don't, I don't even have the slightest idea what it was. It wasn't a very good imagery on that. #66: Okay. Anything else you want to add? #31: Uh, no. That's it.
