This will be a pre-mission brief. All right -1101 your previous sessions against this particular target or project were very good. Your descriptions and stuff were accurate of a place, but the only problem we had wash it appears that you'-re going to the wrong building. There's a... must be.a complex there or something. So, when we start out today's session I will give you the building number, and the room number, and we'll work it from there. Any questions? #01: Okay. No. #14: Okay. PAUSE 0900 #14: All.right #01, the time is now 9 o'clock. I want you to focus on the following geographic coordinate: SG1A I want you now to relax, project your consciousness to this part. PAUSE #01: Okay. #14: All right #01, 1 want you to go-to SG1A SG1A #01: Yeah. SG1A #14: t ou to enter this building and go to room n this building, and describe this room to me. Sectioned off areas are like ... done with dividers. PAUSE +03 #01: Get an impression this is a relatively new office. It's not a ... not been established very long. Good group of people there. Perhaps ten. -I'm getting ..... standard office +04 type furniture. Still getting-forms of equipment. Not large equipment, but small. Like briefcase size types of +05 equipment sitting on tables...corners of desks. PAUSE #01: Getting .... mirrors .... very strange, getting impression of mirrors .... and stacks.of IBM runs. Like .... high-speed +07 printer paper. Get an impression of a large, vault door. I don't think it's a door to the room. I ~~in*~*it-ls-in*s*ide the room. PAUSE #01: Getting what looks like a, looks a lot like desk top computers, but that's not what it is. It's designed like that"--with dials. It's got banded (phonetic) silver cases. PAUSE SG1A #14: Okay #01. Focus once again on Go back now to room 3-3-3. 1 want you to tell me about the purpose or the mission of this room. For example certain rooms have certain functions. Such as a living room, a bathroom or something like that. This is kind of what we're after. What is this room? #01: Okay. Just a minute. PAUSE +17 #01: (Mumble)...I get an impression it's like a controlled storage area for papers. I keep shelves of manuals.and shelves of booklets .... odd-shape, odd shaped booklets... I..left with an impression of a .... ah .... like a TSSCO type function....a +18 T-S-S-C-O type function. PAUSE #01: That's all I'm getting about it. #14: Okay. Tell me about the activity in this room. #01: That, people going over things, looking at papers .... not, I don't think it's essentially analyzing papers, but....it's like that. It's not analyzation. It's more an evaluation than analyzing. It's readily apparent by.looking at.the papers what is meant. It's just an accumulation or evaluation. PAUSE #01: 1 think recommendations are made by the people in the room, based on these evaluations. #14: Okay #01, now, I want you to focus,.focus, put all these things together,.and focus on the function of this room. Again, for an example, this particular.room, the function of this room right here is for remote viewing. The room SG1A in back, the function of that room is a lounge or rest area. I would like you to focus on and determine a function, the mission of that room. #01: Okay. Just a minute. 3 Approved For Release 2000,vuw-ukxalCRU-P-96-00788ROO0500910001-7 4% n eft"e. PAUSE +26 #01: Yes. I think there has been. I say yes because I feel like I'm being blocked from that ......... Very, very heavy feeling of block. #14: Okay. Focus on this feeling again, and determine whether this remote viewing presence that has at one time been in this room other than your own. I would like you to determine whether that presence is friendly or hostile. *awl, PAUSE +28 #01: Think it's friendly. Friendly in that it's American. I don't know if .... I don't think it's a I government, employee type remote viewer, but it's an American remote viewer, a trained remote viewer. Possibly, it's been targeted by the West Coast. PAUSE +30 #01: Very, very heavy feeling of being blocked. I don't understand that, but there's something actively blocking this .......... PAUSE #14: All right #01, I.have no further questions for you at this time. Is there anything else you would like to add? #01: No. #14-. I've drawn the two rooms here, together. Dotted line signify the divider.type walls, and they partition off like office areas. They have desks, and cabinets, and. filing things, and that sort of thing. I've got the vault wall or the vault door drawn in on the one wall. I get-a feeling like this is some kind of an environment, special environment area, because the walls are shielded and all that sort of stuff. You know. It's.hermetically sealed type room. And, I marked in what I call silver cases, and some kind of a table or shelf with an object at one end, and then another elongated object down at the bottom. The overall feeling I have for the front room is a CI operations, evaluation center of some kind. That's about it. And, I marked the entry. #14: Tell me more about this unusual tasking we gave you to determine if there had ever been another remote viewer in this area. #01: Okay. I was trying to... I asked myself the question, and I waited for the answer, and....my first, my gut reaction answer was, was no. But, I was waiting to make sure that that was correct, and I got the feeling that the "no". was put there with deliberateness. That there had been a remote viewer in the area before, and I was being blocked, deliberately blocked. I don't know how to explain that feeling, except that it was almost an overpowering, an abnormally overpowering desire to say "no." Not desire, an over, overwhelmingly powerful message that the answer was "no'.' In reality I felt the answer was, I personally felt it was yes. But, I was getting this message that, whatever you do, you say "no." So, I said, "Yes." Then, I was just trying to decide whether it was friendly or foe and I didn't get any foe-feeling at all. It may be that no remote viewers are foe. I don't know. #14: Yes. That's an interesting thought. #01: But, I thought about it, and waited for the answer again. And, I was of the impression that it was probably an American remote viewer from afar ... from distance, a great deal of distance from where this is. And, that's essentially it. #14: Okay. I have no further questions. ^ J = a a 9 * I'M Approved For Release 2vwzmnbt%-"m%rL%JP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 I TAB I Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 ,%%mole C; Ito tow am# Omw amok amm 4 WSO 16~w T !10 ftm# WAO go* am am* ON"*.^W low& An ome r Rel 2000/08/07 CIA-RDP96-00788 00500910001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 I TAB ~I Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 Approved For Release 2000/tBLUL=DP96-00788ROO0500910001-7 U'1-1114j1dt6 j TARGET CUING INFORMATION REMOTE VIEWING SESSION DCC-90 1. The viewer was told that he would be given more specific targeting data to aid him in acquiring the desired target area. 2. (S/NOFORN). During the session the remote viewer was given a geographic coordinate, a building number. and a.room number. He was asked to go to the target area, enter building The SG1A viewer was also asked to determine the function/mission of this room.
