PAUSE You've had these photos for the last few minutes. Had the opportunity to think about them again. Now, we want to go back to those photos and describe to me where those two individuals are. Let's go back to the area where that one individual was with the glasses. Back to that area first, and tell me about it. PAUSE +09 #14 I'm certainly having a lot of difficulty focusing. I'm getting a lot of stuff coming through but it's #20.5 Just relax. Relax and concentrate. PAUSE #14 1 don't seem to be getting anywhere'~ What I'll do is I'll sit up and try to put down the impressions I did have, but I don't feel that comfortable with them. 1120.5 OK. You know, we don't have to, you know, achieve anything. You had an awful lot of noise. +12 #14 Yes. Well I did, I had some very unusual things. The first was a feeling that I was not near tba-~ embassy. I was away from the'em5assy. WHat I don't know, but T-MemeZl T-0-p-eTceive a srx-ee-t.,.a street just outside this building. Or this building was on a street. Uh... uh..seem to focus on a second story window in this building. Now, what's really odd is I would look out on the street and there would be.... it would seem like a normal scene ... not too crowded not ..... you know. I would look out again and it would be empty. At one time I looked out, it seemed to be crowded and there seemed to be a..uh..a straight line of soldier looking type individuals. I'd say..uh.. about 10 or 12 in a line going through this crowd. Uh...then another bit and piece, I had ... uh... I had a strong image of a black Cadillac limousine. Then, I had ~ another disjointed image of being inside a courtyard a with walls, and there was this gateway with an arch w over it. Now, that was quiet inside there. Another 0 completely different vehicle, which was a dark blue c ehicle. In fact, I saw it from the back. It kind of reminded me of a European type vehicle-like an Opel or something, and those were all just completely disjointed. They didn't come together at all. Each one of bits and pieces. #20.5 Just couldn't get that one thing to help you focus and, I..uh.. #14 1 don't know. I just... I didn't feel like I was making a connection -something. But still there was these things that would flash in and flash out. The-uh-the building, by the way, probably was two stories and an attic, but, it was kind of a .... be ... yellow or beige stucco. It seemed to be on a corner somewhere. #20.5 Did you see an entrance way or anything h7ke' that? #14 There appeared to be numerous entrance ways. How do I describe it? I mean .... to different buildings. It looked like ... uh ... looking down the street it looked i kind of like a residential type place, but, a city residential ... you know-with row houses-something r similar to that. Uh ... but, the one that did come into S ~s focus towards the end ... the building was probably more f significant, than anything, because, that came back everal times ... and there was ... My...my attention was rought to a set of windows on the second story. The only thing about the windows is that they-there were two windows and they opened outward from the center. #20.5 Ok. You feel you want to draw those ... uh.... 'J #14 Perhaps the building, and perhaps the-uh-this type of courtyard scene I had was.. vivid. 2 low Approved For Release 2000/08'/0--7- CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0800280002-3 Approved For Release 0788ROO0800280002-3 #14 It almost seemed like I was...if I had to describe it... like I was jumping back and forth in time. All over the place. Not being able to focus on a point in time. Because, as I said I perceived a street. It was empty. I perceived it again. It had the normal people in it. I perceived it again. It seemed rather crowded. #20.5 Well, go ahead. Why don't we do the drawings of the scenes that you recall? #14 Ok. #20.5 You want the lights on? #14 No. That's ok. PAUSE #14 There was definitely a sidewalk outside in front of this building. That window is where my attention was drawn to when I tried to focus on the individual. #20.5 This building is located right on a corner. #14 It appeared that way. Itcertainly seemed that way to me. But, the building was a..uh..a light colored. I would say-uh-beige, dirty white, or yellow, but it was a stucco type thing. It seemed like all the street activity that I had was out in this area here. In other words, the windows would be facing the street. #20.5 You never could tell what relationship this building had to the embassy compound. #14 N ay be a part of the compound, but, I had... I%adItthme initial feeling that it wasn't. It didn't ,shave anything to do with the compound. It may have been some ..... some ways away ..... somewhere in the nner city. #14 Now,.this courtyard scene I had ... it had a totally different atmosphere, but it may be related to that building somehow. Again, I don't know how-and I guess we'll leave that to somebody else. This ... uh ... these walls here were either made of brick or stone or some type of masonry or something .... and this .... this is a heavy arch .... solid ..... I don't know if it was brick or if it was ..... I would....you know .... analytically it I would say it was brick-but I'm not guaranteeing 3 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 ~tA- A A8ROO0800280002-3 Qrf'N1)C*T Approved For Release~~a&6w g Wjw-L., ;;-;WR000800280002-3 #14 But it was stone, or masonry ... the same thing that these ... uh ... these walls were made out of ... and, I had that this was a vehicle entrance. I had the feeling of vehicle around there somewhere. #20.5 How tall is that wall? Do you have any idea? #14 Uh ... well as I was standing I had the impression it was probably about 8 feet .... roughly. #20.5 Ok. So you couldn't look over from the ground. #14 No. No. Definitely not. It was about 8 feet at least-and ... uh... I didn't see anything. It was empty. There was nothing .... absolutely nothing happening, but, I had the feeling that it related to a specific vehicle of some kind. In fact, of the vehicles I saw ... uh ... it might appear to relate more to the Cadillac than anything else. Or whether it was a Cadillac, I don't know, but it was a big black limousine... square ... she could have been a Mercedes. Uh...the blue .... the blue European Opel type car was out on the street. In fact, it may have been out in front of this building, because I had a feeling of standing on a sidewalk with the building to my side and back and seeing this blue car ... Parked. #20.5 That was about it, then. #14 Yes. #20.5 s there anything else that you want to add? #14 No. Except, I really didn't feel like I was making contact with the target. I was making contact with c some part of thewhole thing. S 0 #20. k. Fine. 0 4 VL.
