(S) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing session conducted for the purpose of orienting a remote viewer to an applied remote viewing protocol. 2. (S) The remote viewer's impressions during this session appeared to correlate very well with the target. The viewer did not get many distinct images; however, the images that he did receive related to the outbounder and the target. During this session the viewer complained of being uncomfortable and that he felt something was not quite right. At this time the viewing part of the session was terminated and the viewer proceeded with the task of drawing his impressions on paper. 3. (S) The protocol used for this session and which will be used in later training is detailed in the document, Standard Remote Viewing Protocol (Local Targets) by Harold E. Puthoff and Russell Targ, November 1978. 4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B are photographs of the target site. 000000m Approved For Release 2000/08M180itIffE 6-00788ROO0900090001-4 19 T Approved For Release 2nnnMR- -' -,. .90-00788R000900090001-4 -UW11 1AU I "' TRANSCRIPT REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION LXXXV TIME #28: This will be a remote viewing session (edited for security). I wasn't getting a doggone thing of any. . but, then I . . what can I say, I got. . #14: Do you want me to throw some light on? #10.5: Yeah. Very funny. Very funny thing. Just out of nowhere a flashing light. Okay. First I had this and I didn't say that. I did enunciate that one. It was like it was just out of nowhere. It was just a . . just a . . you know, periodically flashing orange or red light. And I didn't even get a shape on it. It was just, I thought of a light. I didn;t see what was emitting it or what was giving it off. Okay. But, let me use some of these colors here. #14: There you go. That;s what they're there for. #10.5: And this was a dark triangle, but this was - let me see, how can I do this? Nope. Nope. That's not even right. All I saw was like a part of it. It was like. . It was as though you know, right on the edge of periphial vision I didn't see the light going in 360 degrees. I saw the light only coming this way. You know what I mean. Out in an arc. It was like the light was cut in half and I wasn't seeing the other half of the flash. And I'll call it just a. . you know, flashing red or orange. PAUSE A. . I know its a was a funny one. Was Its as though I saw somebody with outstretched arms. Like he was. . Like a person was leaning against a wall or something. He had his arms out like that. #14: Remember you don't have to label anything more than you need to. #10.5: Yeah. I know. I'm not putting a wall in. I'm just saying its as though. . . Okay. Okay now, this is a funny one. It was. . how do I do this? It was I'll use shading here. And it was as though the left half of it was all dark and the right half of it was all light. Okay. PAUSE And that's it. #14: Did you have any feelings of emotion or hot/cold? #10.5: 1 could not do or go anywhere. I was just. I really, I was . . It was like I was locked somehow. It was real funny. I couldn't. . I couldn't do my usual thing. I don't know if that was. . I might have just wanted to try something new. #14: No problem. #10.5: or just keep it right as raw imagery as I could for the sake of this session. But, Oh, wait a minute! I told you funny squares. That's the last thing. #14: Um hm. #10.5: Okay, that's five. What the hell, they were light. It was like that. Like accoustic tile or something like that. Funny suqares and I had the feeling that they were up and not down. Squares. Up. With spots. PAUSE I just couldn't. . you know, it was real funny. I couldn't resolve very much. I couldn't get much. . The strongest impression I had was of a closed space. And I don't and I didn't even get much farther than that. Just a closed space. I would say just a closed space. And really #14. of it. . doggone. . that's the size #14: All right. #10.5: Ha ha ha #14: End of session. io Approved For Release 2000/08/07 :3CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 TAB A Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 --- 4z Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 TAB B Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-00788ROO0900090001-4 Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : CIA-RDP96-007
