(S) This report provides documentation of a remote view- ing session conducted for training purposes to enhance a remote viewer's demonstrated ability. 2. (S) This session provided for some target correlation. For the first portion of the "on target" (OT) time the "beacon" individual sat near the fountain pool behind the First Army Headquarters building. The "beacon" later walked around the building during the remainder of the OT time. The viewer seems to have focused on the fountain pool area. The session was conducted after normal duty hours and ambient room noise was therefore zero. The viewer was able to relax completely and focus on the target. The viewer was anxious about this session and satisfied with the results. This was this viewer's final session prior to going to SRI International. 3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, Standard Remote Viewing Protocol (Local Targets) by Harold E. Puthoff and Russell Targ, November 1978. 4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB B is a photograph of the target site. mr- Approved For Release 2000/08/07 : fjLgltffj~~000900140001-8 erfinrT - Approved For Release 2000/08/U-r:1' LVA16-10788ROO0900140001-8 TRANSCRIPT REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION C9 TIME #66: This will be a remote viewing session (edited for security). PAUSE okay. #44 is at the target location now. He's looking at the area. He's interacting with the area. Doing and being part of it. Involved with the target. Identifying with the target. Its time for you to relax. . relax. . concentrate. Turn your thoughts inward. Focus on #44. Focus on #44. Be at the target with #44. Identify with the target. See the target with #44. Feel the the target with #44 and describe the target to me. PAUSE +04 #24: 1 see what looks like a pool. Its sort of a green- ish color and it looks like water and I see heads and shoulders of people, a lot of people and its kind of square shaped like a pool would be. PAUSE I seem to get that repeatedly from different angles. Like I'm above looking down maybe 20 feet above. Its outside. #66: Okay. Describe #44's location. #24: Its definitely blue-green. The color is the strongest color I've ever gotten. He's . . . PAUSE He seems to be walking around it. +07 #24: I'm getting different angles. PAUSE #66: Tell me more about the surroundings. #24: Yeah. I'm above looking at it. Its, at least on one side, its a cement, looks like cement. Some kind of hard, like walkway. Relatively wide on this side. Left side. From above looking down. The wall is of big stone. Big rectangular stone. And he's walking along. +11 He's going through the gate. Ha ha. PAUSE #66: Describe your position now. #24: Well, I was trying to see through his eyes, so I'm . . . #66: Okay. PAUSE #24: But now I'm above. Its too hazy now. It seems to be some sort of laid out area, not really a garden, but its, you know, like a stone walk area. Maybe shopping center. That kind of thing. Something that's been planned. And there are trees around and these shrubs in some areas along the wall. I get a lot of sense of stone. Stone walk. Not really concrete. But, but stone. Like bricks or something. #66: Um. hm. #24: And the, you know, I'm not getting that water anymore that I really got a strong sense of that for a long time. It looked like a pool. I rather doubt it. But anyway, it was a blue-green water. And I get flashes of little bushes and things, you know. But its a stone. . its not a natural area at all. That's my real impression of it. #66: okay, would you like to draw some of the things you've seen now. #24: Okay. #66: Let me give you a little bit more light to draw. #24: Yeah. PAUSE That's about it, I think. #66: Okay. #24: My great work of art. PAUSE I would be really surprised if there wasn't something very blue-green, that was my strongest. #66: Does that belong to you? #24: Huh? #66: Is that yours? #24: No. #66: Okay. 3 'T Approved For Release 2000/08/07: CIA-R e[CURTEEV110900140001-8 QVC OCIIQC'T Approved For Release 2000/08tv v-.
