 Summary, Project 8606, June 1986, Paul
 Site is a land/structure interface. More than one structure is
 present at the site, all though these structures may be attached or
 in some other way connected to give the idea of one composite
 structure. Construction is functional rather than esthetic, and
 involves various stairs with railings, walls and roofs of varying
 heights. There is a rounded component, perhaps dome-like to the
 centralized concept of the structure. The dimensional idea of
 "labyrinthian" is manifest, as are largely blank walls, pavement,
 and at least one metal door. Structure is made of concrete, and
 ladders are used for access to at least some portion(s) of the
 structure. There are security lights. The structure(s) cover
 extensive area, and grass covers surrounding grounds. Structure is
 surrounded by double fencing, perhaps cyclone-type topped with
 barbed wire, and may be watched by guards and dogs. A moveable
 vehicle gate permits access to the paved area around the
 structure(s); at least one heavy truck seems to be parked nearby.
 There is a sense of vehicles "going out, or responding," suggesting
 an AOL of firetrucks on call at a firestation. Water is nearby. A
 cone-shaped object with alternate black-and-white longitudinal
 stripes seems to be relevant to the site. Equipment and tangled
 wires and cables, with the essence of the idea "power supply" is
 present. "Compound" in both the sense of a combination of different
 structural and functional elements, and a closed, surrounded
 facility appears to be a concept associated with the site. There
 seems to be a large, deep underground element involved with the
 site. A large, flat cement area may be important, as is an
 "around," relatively low structure with some sort of bumps in the
 top of it. A person wearing what may be a uniform is present, who
 demonstrates an officious, smug, self-satisfied, autocratic
 personality. He considers himself "in charge." The inside of the
 structure is new, "modern," efficiently designed, and suggests the
 AOL of a relatively austerely appointed shopping mall or
 office--muffled, perhaps carpeted, relatively spacious, quiet
 lighting, new smells, grey walls, furnished, cool. Walls are very
 solid--I's ubstantia 111 --and are "built to last." There is a "buffer
 zone" around the structure. Trucks with people seem to be going in
 and out of the "compound." The site has a feeling of being
 non-U.S. AOLs that emerged in the course of the session were
 Chernobyl and a military compound in Libya or elsewhere in the
 Mid-East.
