  1. (S/NF/SK) Monitor Tasking: No change in tasking received prior to
  session.
  2. (SINFISK) Source Tasking: Source was instructed to begin the
  session in Stage IV after placing the original 4-digit coordinates
  above (outside) the matrix. Monitor directed the Source to reacquire
  the structure, perceived in session number one, and to explore within
  for activities. The source was later instructed to acquire a
  "product" which may have its origin here, and then to follow the
  product, after it leaves the structure, to another place.
  3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Source's summary is attached.
  4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: Although the Source had fairly good site
  contact, the nature of the data lends itself readily to AOL. The
  monitor is confident that this problem will be resolved in subsequent
  sessions; the Source is probably on the right track and we will
  attend carefully to structure in order to preclude derailment.
