      1. (SINFISK) Monitor Tasking: Attempt to identify the "end use" of
      the product(s) leaving the target (facility).
      2. (SINFISK) Source Tasking: The Source was instructed to begin the
      session in Stage IV. Directions were to "determine whether anything
      connected with the target leaves the area identified in session #2"
      and, if so, "describe whatever it is that is taken out and track it to
      its destination".
      3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: The Source's summary is attached. Please note
      that the "secured complex" is not the original target site (Refer to
      session #2).
      4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: As the session progressed, it became very
      difficult for the Source to avoid the idea of "uranium/plutonium
      reprocessing", etc. (see data). Therefore, as insurance against AOL
      drive, both monitor and Source jointly agreed to a cooling-off period
      prior to proceeding against this target.
