(S/NF/SK) During the period of 10 December 1987 to 12 January 1988, five remote viewers conducted 19 sessions in an effort to access and describe new target structures described by overhead photography at the site. 2. (S/NF/SK) Viewer 003 perceived the target as comprised of three large, dark, military-related structures currently under construction in a flat, cold, and open area. The general target area was in proximity to a body of water. Sketches representing overhead views of the target site are at TAB A and TAB B, respectively. The construction design of the target structures appeared to be arranged in square patterns of hard material such as cement. Of the three structures under construction, two appeared functionally important. The objective of the these two important structures seemed related to the concept of an "electro-magnetic spectrum", and a perceived ability to track space vehicles and "other orbital Junk." An object described as cylindrically- shaped, smooth, and glossy, seemed functionally related to the target structures (See TAB C). 3. (SINFISK) Viewer 011 described the target as a large, tall structure under construction and shaped in a horseshoe configuration on one side and perceptibly angular on the other. Sketches representing side views and overhead views of the target structure are at TABS D through F9 inclusively. The Target structure is being built to receive electronic signals, emanating from a round cylindrically shaped object (TAB G). The object itself appears to be orbiting in space or seems associated with another object in space. The target site reminded 011 of a previous intelligence target associated with an ABM "site and radar emplacements." A conceptual sketch representing the disposition of the target site is at TAB H. (S/NF/SK) Viewer 079 described the target as comprised of two tall, circular-shaped, tapering structures under construction. The construction material consisted of cement squares that gave the structures an overally tiled appearance. overview sketches of the target structures are at TAB I; side views are at TAB J and TAB K. The first structure identified by the presence of a square roof, was empty. The second structure housed a tall slender, silvery object that appeared to be as high as the structure itself. A circular-shaped apparatus (TAB L) sat on top of the silvery object; it had the ability of executing both rotational and sweeping movements. The target structures were functionally related to the receipt and recording of data related to "determining measurements." Their intended use seemed related to the tracking of vehicles in space. The overall target area consisted of a large city and a body of water. A byzantine-type architecture seemed to predominate among the buildings observed within the city. 5. (S/NF/SK) Viewer 018 perceived the target area as a large, flat expanse of land (TAB M) where the presence of a series of widely-spaced buildings (TAB N) was observed. Viewer 018 perceived the presence of a cone and a cylindrically-shaped object centered within a bowl-shaped apparatus and located at the apex of target structure. A slanted rectangular object was located above the bowl-shaped apparatus. Representative sketches are at TAB 0. The second target structure housed machinery; and the third structure was the size of a large moving van with pipes and reflective material, like aluminum foil. The concept of space-related "communications" appeared directly related to the structures under construction. 6. (SINFISK) Viewer 095 described the target as a series of "interconnected structures under construction" and readily identifiable by the presence of a thin and flimsy appearing "dome at the apex of the structures. The domes were used to conceal "angular and rectangular" objects located within the target structures. Workers in the target area were observed handling and sliding long objects into place. 7. (SINFISK) COMMENTS: Correlation among viewers seems to predicate the presence of two important structures at the target site located in a generally flat expanse of land near a city and a body of water. At TAB P is a Summary of Information (SOI) that incorporates correlative data that is responsive to the tasking. The SOI is submitted for consideration as a conservative type response to the customer. 16 Enclosures SG1J TABS A thru 0 - Sketches GS 14 TAB P - Summary of Information Acting Branch Chief (SOD Approved For Release 2000/08/08: CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 ~i TAB .11 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 Approved clease -200108108 - CIAA-DPW"OUSSR000200190001-9 Z~ 1Ae 44 Z~2 CIA-RDP96-OW819ROO02001900 Ar T 91/ Approved For Release 2000/08/08 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 YIV Ice\ t 6 T H Approved For Release 2000/08/08 C V-,e7~ 01-9 7- Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 ~ ~41 TAB ~ I - Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 Approved For Release, 2000/08/08 CIA-RDP9,6-00789ROO0200190001-9 XAF ~JA ed For Releasd 24408/08 (.;~61A-RDP96-00789ROO02001900 1-9 F71 L Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 I TAB I 11 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 App _P96 004 yoved For Re~qase 2000/06/D8 : CIA-RD -00789ROD0200190 49 ACVIVITY PCAI< 1991 0 V 5 Y%q ic-k L) P41" Approved For Release 2000/08/08 CIA-R 9- 02001900~ f_j /"4678 Roo Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 [ 7TP 11 TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001 -9f AO L :pe e-, Approved For Release 2000/08/0 1- LA -~PP96-PMR000200190001 ~9/ Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 TAB ----ii Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 LApproved PofReleas6~WOO/08/08 -TCIA-RDP96--60789ROOORW-190001-9 CA V-O-/ .gc~ IiOVV~P_ W Y7 9bLI D LARGE IIARID C-OLZ (3RF-X MASS IVE rALt- -"~4D au~ 1 i Approved For ReWAF6466M-8108 CIA-F;PR061#0789R50002001900p~z2/7 L6NELY < / /-A 04) J- -~ - Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 TAB I Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 Apprqyed For Releaso-2000/08/08 ~~A-RDP96Z-0789ROOWO`l 900.014--------- C, yL t- a 61 ic CF z7: A 61 CrZ sL, Approved For Release 2000/08/08: CIA-RDP96-0078QO0200190001-9~ 717 ,~ ~ /-9, 9, r~ " 7 A in, I-Pl' Cr Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 ~:B::] - TAB Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0200190001-9 Approved For Release 20 106-00789R000200190001-9 00/08/0~,#~~ -D r\,Ay brm"-, AI AO L 66 mox FT 4CII) or roa4 I;ke.
