(SINFISK) The presence of two tall structures under construction was perceived at the target site. Of the two structures, one emerged as a "key" structure and subsequently described as a tall, circular-shaped building constructed of heavy, hard cement material arranged in square patterns giving the structure an overall tiled appearance. An apparatus resembling an antenna was observed at the apex of the key structure; it had rotational and lateral movement capabilities. The antenna configured apparatus was functionally related to the technical concepts of communication and measurement analysis of obJects and vehicles orbiting in space. The second structure appeared to function in support of the first and seemed to provide a source of energy to the first "key structure." 3. The sketches are submitted as conceptual representations in support of the overall findings.
