  1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: Describe the layout, activities and future use
  of the target site.
  2. (SINFISK) VIEWER TASKING: The viewer was directed to review
  session #1 and, after reacquiring the target, to begin objectifying
  data into a Stage 4 matrix. Concurrent Stage 6 training was utilized
  to determine an approximate layout for the target site. Concurrent
  Stage 5 training was utilized to derive associative data. A time line
  (1987 - 1991 inclusive) turned up three significant points (see
  summary). Note: Something not included in the summary was the data
  that the "dome" opens up "like a flower".
  3. (SINFISK) COMMENTS: A good job on 095's part. Subsequent
  sessions will demand more detail with regard to site dimensionality
  and intended use/function, etc.

   SESSION SUMMARY
   28 JANUARY 1988
   SOURCE: 0095
   Site is a rectangular structure with a dome like structure
   on one end. Colors associated with the structure are gray and
   silver. The roof has a pebbly/gravelly texture. Near the
    structure are rectangular stacks of wood.
   Point one on the time line:
   Site is several structures on flat brown ground. One
   structure is being laid out and has many angles and layers:
   blocks, cement and bars are present.
   Point two:
   Several big, flat topped structures are present.
   Inside one of the long structures is a large open area that is
   several stories high. The rest of the building is divided into
   stories and where the room connects to the rest of the building
   are walkways with safety bars. Power generation is associated
   with the room and the14 is a constant thick smell of oil in the
   room. In the room are several large pieces of metal equipment.
   One particular piece of equipment is curved and large and divided
   into partitions (see sketch), the outside of this is rough gray
   metal.
   Point three:
   The large room has a musty oily smell and people are
   present. There is a fresh paint smell. Cables are on the floor.
   Something is being connected together, and something is gimbaled.
   Associated with the idea of gimbaled are wide diameter (2+ feet)
   pipes, interlocking, swiveling, white, multidirectional, pathways
   and the idea of exit/endpoint. The site is involved in military
   defense and is pivotal. Associated with the idea of pivotal are
   the site, new, big, powerful, elaborate, costly, expensive,
   defense and area defense.
