                 1. DescribeA the tarqet site- The site is a group of Stf-LICtUres located on

            the beach. One particular structure is very large inside, with very ornate
            windows. Outside, it iS Sunny and warm, while inside this particular
            Structure, there appears to be a haze or smoke of some kind. The large
            strLACture appears very much like a cathedral-type church. While there are
            very few people inside, there are lots of people Outside. The inside has at
            least one hand-carved wooden object which has orange paint chipped and
            peeling from its surface.

            Outside, where all the people are mingling, going separate ways, talking,
            laughing, and doing things in a recreational setting. One girl was noticed
            on roller skates. Inside the structure, some men were walking together
            quietly, and another group was quietly discussing something, while other
            --ingle people were sitting quietly alone.
