           SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
           1. (S/NF/SK) The site accessed was a sail boat on the open water. It has
           a sail which has green and blue letters/numbers/symbols of some kind. I
           could not make them out, as tile sail was limp and folded on itself. The
           inside of the boat is made up as a living space (see sketch, page 3). It
           has a very "lived-in" look about it. There are cheap cloth coverings over
           the furniture which are ugly pink with large black/grey patterns, and the
           interior of tile boat is in a generally shabby condition.
           2. (S/NF/SK) There are two main people involved with the boat: a man who
           is too light-skinned to appear black, but who is very dark complected, and
           whose features are not caucasian. There was an immediate feeling about this
           man that "I would hate to mess with him!" There is a tall, slim, very good-
           looking black woman with him who doesn't care a lot about wearing too many
           clothes. They are both very much involved in a plan to smuggle drugs into
           the U.S.
           3. (S/NF/SK) EEI:
           a. Is the tarqet vessel carry
           Yes. The drugs are in the form of small "chunks" (see sketch,
           bottom of page 6) of hard, shiny, glassy-sur+aced material (A/S:
           "crack").
           b. How-are the drugs wrapped
           The drugs are wrapped in small, clear, thick-plastic pouches (see

            sketch, page 8), which are approx. 2" X 4" long. The pouches are
            separate, as opposed to being bundled.
            C. Where are the drugs stowed aboard ship?
            The drugs are sealed into routed-out cavities (see sketch, page 7)
            in the wood of the cabinet facings, and in the thick plywood which
            is under the seat cushions of the couch (see sketch, bottom of page
            7). There may be other locations, but I did not find any.
            d. Where and when will it off-load the drugs?
            (Where): The drugs are intended to be off-loaded in Miami (see
            dowsing map, page 9B).
            (When) There appears to be absolutely no scheduled time frame.
            (How) The plan is to place an ad in the newspaper whenever they
            reach Miami., saying that they are re-modeling their boat, and want
            to sell the old furnishings. There are people waiting for the ad
            to appear, who will answer it and buy the furnishings. These
            people will tear into the wooden frames and take out the drugs.
            The people presently on the ship never see the drugs. They know it
            is there, however, since they make jokes with each other about
            "You're sitting an it!", and "Money, your ass!".
            e. What is the vessel's present location?
            The vessel is presently at approximately 20 degrees 30 minutes
            north by 83 degrees 30 minutes west (see dowsing map, page 9A).
