           SUMMARY OF' INFORMATION:
            1. Describe the tarqet site: The site is an area where a high ].and drops
           ... ......... ....
           off sharply to a narrow strip of flat land bordered on the other side by
           water. Impressions at the top of the high land is that of an "artsy-
           craftsy" atmosphere, much like that found along Highway 1, along the
           California coast. At the bottom of the dropoff, a he avy cement structure
           leads into a long "tL (t-nnel"--type opening in the hillside. This long
           "tunnel" gave more of an impression of being like a drainage pipe than like
           an access tunnel.. Also, there are bars over the ends to prevent human
           passage. At the far end (inside the hillside), this long "tunnel"
           intersects with a very large, shiny-walled long area where there is sparse
           but apparent vehicular traffic.
                2. Describe the activity takincl olace at the site- The only activities
           ............. ..... . ..... ............. . .........
           perceived were a person walking beside the water an the outside end of the
           "tunnel" which leads into the mountainside, and vehicular traffic in the
           MUCh larger' area inside the mountain.
