(S/NF/SK) Remote viewers conducted 17 sessions in an effort to access and describe the key functions and supporting activities of a target complex reflected in a copy of overhead photography. See TAB A. 2. (SINFISK) Viewer 003 perceived the target complex as a vast industrial, technical complex. Perceptions of lamination, and bonding agents were present; the end product was flat and conductive. The presence of a corrosive, translucent, green reagent appeared involved. A process of distillation producing solids, as in the chemical process of doping and coating appeared involved. Area "A" (TAB A) is a large structure associated with the presence of large, bulky, metallic, cylindrical objects that are projected to be moved from a horizontal position to a vertical position. Area "B", (TAB A) is utilized as conference area with congenial lighting and furniture. Area "D" (TAB A) is associated with a "liquefied noble or inert gas." There is a presence of rounded, uniformly-shaped structures that are curving, smooth and cold to the touch. Area "E" (TAB A) is a large, long, multi-storied structure housing an electro- mechanical shop with wire, coils, magnetic thermo-couples, revolving armatures etc. 3. (S/NF/SK) Viewer 018 perceived the complex as a research, manufacturing, and storage site producing a key product of a scientific nature described as a rectangular grey package associated with the notion of "explosive." Area "A" (TAB A) serves mainly as a storage and supply area containing large bulky items such as pipes. Area "B" (TAB A) is perceived as an enclosed, working area utilized for the procurement, storage of WARNING NOTICE: SENSITIVE INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED HANDLE VIA SKEET CHANNELS ONLY SPECIAL ACCESS REQUIRED CLASSIFIED BY: DT, DIA DECLASSIFY BY: OADR Qr LT Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0600010001-4 nnM Approved For Release 2000/0 nr lg[)P96-00789ROO0600010001-4 supplies destined for use by "tactical field units." Metal cases encased in tar are present in the area. one piece of equipment was described as an electronic RF receiver, rack-mounted, multi- plugged with indicator lights and a meter (NFI). Area "C" (TAB A) is a heating, repair and maintenance area. Area "D" (TAB A) appeared to be an administrative building. The name "Sergey Dolonov" phonetically surfaced as being associated with this area. Area "E" (TAB A) is a research and testing area. Pallets of powdery material were observed in the area; the powdery material was associated with an "0.D. colored missile (not further described." 4. (SINFISK) Viewer 095 described the target facility as a manufacturing and assembly area of military-related items such as components to weapons systems and involving precision machining. A key item produced here was described as 15 to 18 feet long, heavy, torpedo-shaped object that is brassy in color. Area "A" (TAB A) is a long building with desks and personnel in pursuit of scientific achievements. A 30' by 40' by 12' high room is in Area "A" (TAB A) and serves as a machine shop with several work stations. Area "B" (TAB A) is nearly cluttered with ,,pipe-like" horizontally interconnecting pipes forming triangular shapes. Area "C" (TAB A) is a blue-collar work place with an assembly line area where the wearing of hard hats is mandatory. Area "D" (TAB A) is a loading area where a predominance of long, cylindrical objects were perceived as being placed onto flatbed trucks. 5. (S/NF/SK) Viewer 079 perceived the target site as a research and development (R&D) site employing a work force of about three thousand personnel . The key function is perceived as involving R&D efforts related too communication satellite capabilities and their application to strategic ballistic capabilities. Area "E" (TAB A) is the site of ongoing studies related to "power source, range, and telemetry" of ballistic missiles. Area "C" (TAB A) is dedicated to the study of missile propellants. Area "A" (TAB A) is associated with the study of fiber optics for use as insulating and shielding material against radio activity. Area "B" (TAB A) is perceived as a launch and test range. Area "D" (TAB A) appears to be some sort of administrative, logistical support area. 6. (SINFISK) Viewer 025 concentrated on a round, dome, globe- shaped object (TAB B) as a key item relate.d to energy resources. The concepts of space and gases are of concern and interest. The function of the (key) activity is to "explore unknown areas of science" utilizing the concept of the energy source; it appears related to some "air force", "a commission". and "setting somet.hing up so it will go off." 7. (SINFISK) Viewer 032 perceived the area as comprised of a series of multiple, military-related structures dispersed over a wide area. The issue of key interest is focused on a "round object that houses and instrum@ntA and provide§ ~drly Wall"ifig O"Op . a "-fiU. ti Approved For Release 2000/08108 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0600010001-4 - RUIDII Approved For Release 2000AMMII& 96-00789ROO0600010001-4 (data), watching, listening."
