The general area is a complex of buildings of different sizes and shapes, but with similar outward appearance,. A portion of thE,!.-;e buildings.-ii are fenced in and separate from the rest of the complex, but still. a part a+ the complex, nevertheless. The entire session's impressionii., came from bUildings within this fencing. . 13. The -first part of Area E had a male person doing "research" on people who work at the "plant", outside his office area. 1) His work was perceived as placing patches on the workers' arms, and smearing art amoi..(nt of strong irritant on the skin under the patch. Some kind of injections, are also given, but this was not seen to be part of the "research". .n) 4 The plant personnel involved in this "research" appear tc.-) have no choice about being involv6.-W, and do not like it. There was strong El of horror at what was being done'to them. The "strong irritant" was perceived ai_-, a strong concentration of the same irritant with- which the workers came into contact in their- daily work. It was also perceived as being radioactive. I had the personal i mpres~sion that the "irritant" in the working environment, as well. as the Uesting, itself, Would cause permanent -damage to the workers. C ~ 1he prompt to jUMP around Area E was givert, in order to find the "purpt.-ise" for the area. Several things were found in this search., 1) A building dedicated to paperwork. This area also had the T'eel c if "money'! z-:tbout it. qP_r,TT.T NOFORN OPTIONAL FORM NO. 10 (REV. 1-80) GSA FPMI~t (41 CFR) 1101-11.6 5010-114 GPO : 1995 0 461-275 (364) Approved For Release 2000/08/08: CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0600110001-3 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789ROO0600110001-3 - OFORN 2) One building had a feel of 11storage". "rhere was also an area of this building which was extremely cold. 3) Skipping around, I found a worker working outside one building, carrying goods from one place to another. When I queried him as to the purpose of the place, he returned a mental image of the pallets of powdery material he was moving, and a very large O.D. colored missile rising to a vertical position.
