   1989 inclusively, fourteen remote viewing sessions were conducted

         perceived as being filled with white crystals. The presence of a
         stainless steel cylinder with a screw-on top was also observed.

         5. (SINFISK) Vi-wer 079 Pe-rc~uived the target as a building, a
         multi-storied structur-(L-, a SEoviet embassy or consulate located in
         an attractive ar~I_-a of -l ~_:it~v; 079 noted the presence of children
         neat-by. A group of administrative females appeared busy on the
         first floor; t1ric, presc!nce of preoccupied analytical personnel
         were perceived on ',he second floor. A communications monitoring
         system facilitaLed by Ulle presence of a microwave dish and
         located on the third floor appeared to be the issue of main

         activities pertaining to "movements, personnel and assignments,"

         establishment." Noted tha'L the structure is somewhat of an old
         building devoid of r-14-vat.ors.
